Holding a valid Connecticut Pistol Permit will allow you to carry your handgun in 23 states as well as the commonwealth of Puerto Rico. We will provide you with application assistance for a non-resident permit in the State of Connecticut.

Connecticut Non-Resident Pistol Permit Assistance
This application requires the NRA Basics of Pistol Safety certificate and a permit in your home state.
Should you require the NRA Basics of Pistol Safety Course you may schedule the class directly with us. If you have taken the written portion of the NRA Basics of Pistol Safety Course you can schedule the live fire portion to obtain your certificate for an additional $100 which can be paid for on the day of the course in cash.

Armed Citizenry offers a 7-Day refund policy. All pistol permits are subject to the determinations of local law enforcement agencies and their findings. There are no refunds for denied permits or permits which have been submitted for processing. In the event a permit is denied Armed Citizenry will provide guidance on how to proceed with the appeals process. In addition, there are no refunds once a class is attended, or if canceled within 24 hours of scheduled time, or if application work has commenced.
